how to display fields from jooml user table

hi

i want to display joomla users as read only purposes. On list view everything is ok. i have two issues. First issue is that on details view the fields and their values does not appear. please see photos. Second is the profile image element wont display the image only the folder.

any help is greatly appreciated. thanks
