How to create a joomla user from a Fabrik database record?

Hello,
I made a registration from to participate in an event with the canonical fields of joomla + other fields.
Is there a Fabrik plugin to automatically create a registered joomla user in a defined group from the database record?
Is it otherwise complex to structure a code for this purpose?
