Form plugins edition

Hi,
I have a form with 5 plugins.
In F3.0.8, by default, all plugins were collapsed.
In F3.1 one is always expanded, then I have to scroll and collapse it to find the one I want to edit.

It's a detail, but would it be possible to have all collapsed by default ?

At the moment, that's just the way it works. Once we get through the RC and release process, we'll have some time to start looking at these kinds of lower priority issues.
