file upload: JFolder: :folder: path is no folder!

If the folder doesn't exist - and it doesn't exist in many cases before the first file has been uploaded - this error message is shown on form load (ajax and non-ajax file upload); very confusing.

All is working correctly, the folder is created during upload or save.

Hmm I can't replicate this one, which page is it on your test site (if its there)?

I've tried to create an example on MySite but I can't replicate it there, too
