I use comments in a form and see smth awfull like this

I'd like to correct it and show in Russian, what should I do?

First help:
edit ...\plugins\fabrik_form\comment\language\ru-RU\ru-RU.plg_fabrik_form_comment.ini
Uncomment the untranslated language strings (delete ; at begin of language string lines, don't uncomment "real" comment lines)
this will show the English text
replace English with Russian where you need it (mainly the strings below "Frontend")

In general:
You may add your strings to transifex so they will go into the next release

Fist unseccessful notes according comments -
PLG_FORM_COMMENT_NO_COMMENTS="No comments"
I've changed to
PLG_FORM_COMMENT_NO_COMMENTS="??? ????????????"
but at frond end I still see
PLG_FORM_COMMENT_NO_COMMENTS

Did you uncomment the line?

Fileupload element language strings are in
\plugins\fabrik_element\fileupload\language\ru-RU\ru-RU.plg_fabrik_element_fileupload.ini

Might be that you translated the english language file, but if your site is set to russian, fabrik will then not use the english language file.
You have to make a copy of en-GB.plg.fabrik.ini (name of the file you translated) and then rename it to rus-RUS.plg.fabrik.ini, or whatever the russian language file layout is formatted.
