Cannot add/edit form plugins

Hello,

I just updated the files from Github and now i cannot add or edit plugins in Form, nothing happen when i press the "+" button. In Chrome i can see this message debug console:

Uncaught ReferenceError: show_icon is not defined

pluginmanager-min.js:1​

Note: it happen only for the forms that already have a plugin added, work fine for other forms.

That should have been fixed yesterday in this commit:
