Bug: fabrik list module does not work

Several issue with the Fabrik list module:

When publishing it, I get a fatal error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method JModel::addIncludePath() in /home/livingjfq/public_html/j3/modules/mod_fabrik_list/mod_fabrik_list.php on line 22

In the module settings, if you click on "elements" (to select which elements to show), you are returned to the modules list with the fabrik list module locked and the following JS error:

TypeError: a is undefined
