ajax File upload js error and strange behavior for crop

Hello,
I am using joomla 3.9 and last fabrik update from github with joomshaper helix 3 tesmplate (bootstrap3)
I am using fileupload element to upload and crop images from frontend .
my settings: Create thumbnails:yes , crop:yes , Use Ajax upload :yes , Max files:1
there are some problems:

1- error in chrome console
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'apply' of undefined
at Object.close (window.js:3)
at Object.e.extend.$owner (mootools-core.js?4c9eb99b882b17f7716b3808e44dbdab:38)
at Object.<anonymous> (fileupload-min.js:3)
at mootools-core.js?4c9eb99b882b17f7716b3808e44dbdab:21

this error in both helix template and protostar defaul template

2- if setting Max files=1
the element will be empty when edit form again
if Max files>1 I see the file that uploaded

3- the most strang behavior is :
If I upload image and zoom out it then if I save the record , it will crop the image without zoom.
when I save the record second time it crop with zoom.
this problem occure whith helix template only
