Access Levels

I'm having a weird issue where only certain access levels are appearing as options and not the super user or admin.

I've tried replicating on my localhost and can't.

Any ides on why this might be the case?

The access levels are defined outside Fabrik (in Users/Viewing Access Levels).
It depends on your Joomla installation which ones are there.

I watched your video. What do you see as incorrect behaviour? User1 sees only their records, user2 sees only their record, super user see all of them. I don't see where the issue is.

Thanks for sharing this video, startpoint.
It helped me a great deal on an issue I had where I was not able to see data in "view data".
It was related to a prefilter set up (not by me), and referring to a user group that did no longer exist.
